Regulations of the online store
§ 1
Introductory provisions
1. Online store Rybicki Moto Centrum, available at the Internet address
www.rybickimotocentrum.com is run by Radosław Rybicki, the host
business activity under the name Rybicki Moto Centrum entered into the Central Register and
Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) kept by the minister competent for
economy, NIP 6671733313, REGON 368997347.
2. These Regulations are addressed to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs
using the Store and defines the rules for using the Online Store as well as the rules and procedure
concluding Sales Agreements with the Customer at a distance via the Store.
3. These regulations are addressed to Consumers and define the rules and procedure for concluding
A Consumer of the Distance Sales Agreement via the Store.

given in this paragraph.
6. The Customer may communicate by phone with the Seller from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to
Friday.
§ 3
Technical requirements
To use the Store, including browsing the Store's assortment and placing orders for
Products are necessary:
a. terminal device with access to the Internet and a web browser,
b. active e-mail account (e-mail),
c. enabled cookies,
d. FlashPlayer installed.
§ 4
Background
1. The Seller shall not be liable to the fullest extent permitted by law
for disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Store caused by force majeure, prohibited
the action of third parties or incompatibility of the Online Store with the technical infrastructure
Client.
2. Browsing the Store's assortment does not require creating an Account. Placing orders by
The Customer for Products included in the Store's assortment is possible either after creating an Account
in accordance with the provisions of § 6 of the Regulations or by providing the necessary personal data and
address enabling the execution of the Order without creating an Account.
§ 5
Creating an Account in the Store
1. To create an Account in the Store, you must complete the Registration Form. It is necessary to give
the following data: dignity, name, surname, email address, password.
2. Creating an Account in the Store is free of charge.
3. Logging in to the Account is done by entering the login and password established in the Form
Registration.
4. The customer has the possibility at any time, without giving a reason and without incurring any incurrence on this account
remove the Account by sending an appropriate request to the Seller at any charges, in
in particular, via e-mail or in writing to the addresses given in § 2.
§ 6
Rules for placing an Order
In order to place an Order, you must:
1. log in to the Store (optional);
2. select the Product being the subject of the Order, and then click the "Add to cart" button
(or equivalent);
3. log in or use the option of placing an Order without registration;
4. if the option of placing an Order without registration has been selected - fill in the Order Form
by entering the data of the recipient of the Order and the address to which the delivery is to take place
Product, select the type of shipment (method of delivery of the Product), enter the invoice data, if any,
other than the data of the recipient of the Order,
5. click the "Order and pay" button/click the "Order and pay" button and confirm
order by clicking on the link sent in the e-mail,
6. choose one of the available payment methods and, depending on the payment method, pay
order within a specified period, subject to § 8 point 3.
§ 7
Offered delivery and payment methods
1. The Customer may use the following methods of delivery or collection of the ordered Product:
a. Courier shipment, cash on delivery courier shipment,
b. Personal collection is available at: Jaroszyn 52, 62-406 Lądek
2. The Customer may use the following payment methods:
a. Cash on delivery
b. Cash on delivery
c. Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's account
d. Electronic payments

§ 8
Performance of the sales contract
1. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller takes place after prior submission
by the Customer of the Order using the Order Form in the Online Store in accordance with §
7 Terms and Conditions.
2. After placing the Order, the Seller shall immediately confirm its receipt and at the same time
accepts the Order for execution. Confirmation of receipt of the Order and its acceptance to
implementation takes place by sending an appropriate e-mail by the Seller to the Customer
to the Customer's e-mail address provided when placing the Order, which contains what
the least statement of the Seller on receipt of the Order and its acceptance for execution, and
confirmation of the conclusion of the Sales Agreement. Upon receipt by the Customer of the above
e-mail message a Sales Agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
3. If the Customer chooses:
a. payment by bank transfer, electronic payments or payment card payments, the Customer obliged
is to be made within 5 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement -
otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
b. payment on delivery on delivery, the Customer is obliged to make the payment
on delivery.
c. payment in cash upon personal collection of the shipment, the Customer is obliged to make a payment
upon receipt of the parcel within 5 days from the date of receipt of information about the readiness of the shipment to

4. If the Customer has chosen a delivery method other than personal collection, the Product will be sent by
the Seller within the time specified in its description (subject to paragraph 5 of this
paragraph), in the manner chosen by the Customer when placing the Order.
5. A In the case of ordering Products with different delivery times, the delivery date is
the longest period given.
B In the case of ordering Products with different delivery times, the Customer has the possibility to request
delivery of Products in parts or delivery of all Products after completion
of the entire order.
6. The beginning of the delivery period of the Product to the Customer is counted as follows:
a. If the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payments or
by payment card - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account.
b. If the Customer chooses the method of payment on delivery – from the date of conclusion of the Agreement

6. If the Customer chooses to collect the Product personally, the Product will be ready to
collection by the Customer within the time limit indicated in the Product description. About the readiness of the Product for collection
The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller by sending an appropriate
e-mail to the Customer's e-mail address provided when placing the Order
or after telephone contact.
§ 9
Right of withdrawal
1. The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without providing any
Causes.
2. The period specified in paragraph 1 shall begin to run from the delivery of the Product to the Consumer or
to a person other than the carrier designated by him.
3. In the case of a Contract that covers multiple Products that are delivered separately, in batches
or in parts, the time limit referred to in paragraph 1 shall run from the delivery of the last item, lot or part.
4. In the case of an Agreement that consists in regular delivery of Products for a definite period of time
(subscription), the time limit indicated in paragraph 1 runs from taking possession of the first item.
5. The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement by submitting to the Seller a statement of withdrawal from the Agreement
Agreement. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send
declarations before the expiry of that period.
§ 10
Complaint and Warranty.
1. The Sales Agreement covers new and used Products. On the Store's pages described in detail
is the condition of each Product used.
2. The Seller is obliged to provide the Customer with an item free from defects.
3. In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to:
complaints based on the provisions on warranty in the Civil Code.
§ 11
Out-of-court complaint and redress procedures
1. Detailed information on the possibility of using out-of-court use by the Consumer
the methods of handling complaints and redress and the rules of access to these procedures
are available at the offices and on the websites of district (municipal) ombudsmen
consumers, social organizations whose statutory tasks include protection
consumers, Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection and at the following addresses
Internet of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection:

2. The consumer shall have the following examples of out-of-court recourse
methods of dealing with complaints and redress:
a. The consumer is entitled to apply to a permanent consumer arbitration court for
referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2014.
item 148 with later dates. as amended), with a request to settle a dispute arising from the Agreement concluded with
Reseller.
b. The consumer is entitled to apply to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection,
pursuant to Article 36 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 148
of late. as amended), with a request to initiate mediation proceedings in an amicable case
ending the dispute between the Consumer and the Seller.
c. The consumer may obtain free assistance in resolving the dispute between him and
The seller, also using the free assistance of the poviat (municipal) spokesperson
consumers or a social organisation whose statutory tasks include the protection of
consumers (m.in. Consumer Federation, Association of Polish Consumers).
§ 12
Personal data in the Online Store
1. Administrator of Customers' personal data collected through the Store
online is the Seller.
2. A person authorized to process the data has been appointed with whom you can contact

3. We will process your personal data in order to:
a. conclusion, performance and monitoring of the performance of the sales contract – the basis for

the duration of this cooperation,
b. archiving to the extent necessary to perform legal obligations, in
in particular, tax regulations, accounting regulations – for the period
resulting from these provisions – legal basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation –
performance of the obligation imposed by law,
c. possible establishment and pursuit of claims or defense against claims – by

requests: access to personal data, to rectify data, to delete data, to
limit the processing of personal data, to transfer data, to bring
objection, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Data Protection.

§ 13
Final provisions
1. Agreements concluded through the Online Store are concluded in Polish.
2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons:

inform the Customer at least 7 days in advance.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, they shall apply generally

4. The Customer has the right to use out-of-court complaint handling and investigation methods

§ 14
Shipping Information.
1. The delivery time of the parcel is from 24 to 48 hours from the moment of sending. Shipping cost
